Due to the natural nature of our product, Once an order is confirmed, SAYHEALTHY generally does not accept returns or refund requests. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work to find a fair solution in the following situations:
Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged product, please notify SAYHEALTHY within 3 days of delivery via email to connect@sayhealthy.in or WhatsApp at +91-8810604769. Please include your order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the damaged product, and a video showing the opening of the box.
For orders with multiple items, only the affected product can be replaced promptly. We aim to provide an amicable solution and will respond to your email within 2 days with full assistance.
Damaged or affected item will be only sent once as a replacement.
Missing Product:
In the event of a missing product, inform SAYHEALTHY within 3 days of delivery via email to connect@sayhealthy.in or WhatsApp at +91-8810604769. Include your order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and a video of the box opening.
While we cannot process a refund for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing item. Expect a response to your email within 2 days with complete assistance.

Spoiled Product:
If you find a product spoiled within 10 days of delivery, notify SAYHEALTHY via email to connect@sayhealthy.in. Include your order number, packaging date, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
